For purpose of this program “Alliances” shall be described as the following:
Individual Audio Visual/Unified Communications business entities operating in a contractual partnership with other entities of the same definition for the purpose of geographic, regional, and specialty delivery actions. The Alliance Partners must be bound contractually to an internal set of guidelines and shall be a named entity operating in full public view. The Alliance membership shall include the base benefits from the Commercial membership, discounted for volume purchase. Note- Alliance membership does not provide Company membership for any or all alliance partners, however they can join at a discounted rate.
